This deep red smoothie bowl (thanks to dragonfruit) is packed with Vit C, antioxidants and omega-3 to kick start your beautiful morning.

  • *Base*
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Dragonfruit, red and halved
  • Optional 1-2 dates for more sweetness
  • *Toppings*
  • Apple, sliced
  • Walnuts, crumbled
  • Puffed Quinoa
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Gooseberries
  • Edible flowers
  1. Place the base ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth
  2. Decorate with toppings. Enjoy!
