Are you someone who doesn’t like the bland taste of water?

The first time I tried it was at a friend’s party and was totally mesmerised with her colourful fruit-infused water tank.
And the water tasted exceptionally REFRESHING.
I’m a little behind the water-flavoured fruit bandwagon though I decided to add a twist by sprinkling some chia seeds for that extra protein.
Water will never be the same again.
Come join the water party & hydrate our cells.
- Lime, washed and sliced
- Starfruit, washed and sliced
- Grapes, halved
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Place all the ingredients in a bottle.
- Shake to disperse chia seeds.
- Let it sit for about 5 minutes before drinking with a straw.
