One of the questions I get bombarded most is-

How can you eat healthy all the time when you’re so busy with work, friends and life?

For you, it may include your children.

So, how did I get started?


I think it’s all about awareness and starting slowly.

It may start of like a ‘diet’ that you want to experiment and gradually it becomes a natural way of life once you’re in it.

By making one small change every day, consistently every week over a few months, I guarantee you that it’ll bring huge changes.

Best part?

You’ve fallen into this way of life before you know it!

For me, the one small change I did was my BREAKFAST.

Never in a million years would I imagine myself eating veggies in the morning.

Plus it does not sound APPETIZING at all.



But we all know it’s veggies are good for health, no argument about that.

But are you getting enough?

The other concern is TIME.


You and I are busy people and we just don’t have the extra luxury time to cook our food.

So what do you do when you’re super pressed for time but you want to eat healthy too?

That’s when I learned about GREEN SMOOTHIE!


I cringed at the thought of the green smelling chlorophyll.

ONLY 2 ingredients under 3 minutes including washing time!

No chopping too… Isn’t that even better?!

Basic Baby Spin-Nana



Basic Baby Spin-Nana
Recipe type: Smoothie
Serves: 1
Super easy, wholesome breakfast idea. Only 2 main ingredients. Healthy convenient food that pumps up your energy in a new way!
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 banana (peeled, frozen)
  1. Place the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth.
  2. If smoothie becomes too thick, add a splash of water.
  3. That’s it!


Not a banana fan? Substitute with an apple!

Want a boost? Blend in Chia seeds. They are packed with fibre, keeping you satisfied for hours, and omega-3 fatty acid for anti-inflammatory and glowing skin.

Want slightly sweeter? Go for coconut water.
