Green Smoothie Bowl (That Actually Tastes Good!)

21 Nov Green Smoothie Bowl (That Actually Tastes Good!)

I first started out with green smoothies in a cup.

And later I discovered –

The World of Smoothie Bowls!

What’s the difference, you wonder?

One is in a bowl while the other is in the cup.

Obviously, the one in the bowl is creamier and thicker so you can scoop it with your spoon!

Creative variation if you’re more for a ‘nom nom’ person, rather than a ‘slurp slurp’ person.

So, this week we’re shaking up our green routine!

Because one of the fun things you can do in a bowl is to decorate with any favourite toppings you like.

Why green smoothie you ask?

They are super quick and easy way (perfect for busy AND lazy people like me!)  to get greens in the body.

Best of all they are high in antioxidants and phytonutrients, building up defences in our body for kick-ass health.

Green smoothies have overhauled my morning sugar-laden Milo ritual for 2 years and I’m amazed how much my skin has cleared up with a bonus of increased mental clarity and focus.

If you haven’t already, give green smoothies a try.

I promise, you’ll be amazed at the improvements and you’ll never look back.
