  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 3-4 medjool dates, pitted (optional for extra sweetness to mask 'green taste')
  • ½ cup water
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth.
  2. If smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again.
  3. Enjoy!
