Ingredients
  • 5 tbsp rolled/quick oats
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2-3 walnuts, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients (except raisins) in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Place mixture on an aluminium foil and place it in the flat toaster.
  3. Stirring every 3 minutes so all sides are evenly brown.
  4. Remove granola from toaster and let it cool. This is the part where it will harden.
  5. Add in raisins.
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
