:: Warm Quinoa Bean Bowl

  • ½ cup of cooked quinoa
  • Mixed beans, canned
  • Broccoli, blanched
  • Peas and corns, de-frost
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pepper and salt, to taste
  1. Place quinoa, beans, broccoli, peas and corn in a big bowl and toss.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Add pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy!
